Back pain and other diseases - Yoga

As much as 80% of adults experience some kind of back pain during the life, a pain that can cause a lot of distress and distraction in the daily life. According to a study in 2011 it is shown that yoga and stretching can help people with chronic back pain to alleviate this pain, and then reduce the intake of painkillers.
