My first experience with Yoga for over 30 years ago, leads back to Adi Shankaracharya who founded the “Dashnami Sannyasa” tradition in which Swami Janakananda Saraswati (founder of the Scandinavian Yoga- and Meditation school) was initiated in 1969. It is often called Classical Yoga. It is a yoga that emphasizes the work of all parts of one's self - through physical yoga, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
We offer a lot of tailor made lessons, in the spirit of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Kriya Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Dharana. As we also offer Tantra and Meditation, we have a wide range of offers to our clients. Especially for people that have back- or neck pain, are pregnant, want to learn to relax, breath right and let go. When You have a need - We help you to meet it!
To practice yoga at Mental Professionals is as doing it in your own home. Either you have a private session or in a small group with friends our environment give you a feeling of peace and silence in both body and mind.
Yoga provides physical relaxation, deep relaxation and tranquility.
