Yoga Session

A session usually lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and a half, but  shorter sessions are also possible. . You do not have to be particularly soft or strong to go on a course. Yoga is a continuous process and can be learned and performed by most, just because you work with the physique and body you have.

I'm practising Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, that means we have to combine positions with breathing

“Vina Vinyasa Yogena asanadih na karayet”
‘Oh Yogi, do not practice asana without vinyasa’.

Vamana Rishi Yoga Korunta

I offer yoga classes for individuals and groups of up to 5 people.
The advantage of individual hours is that the session can be set up according to your needs and wishes, within the reasonable limits.

In this way, you get the most benefit from the yoga session both in terms of doing the poses correctly and when You have time.

The less participant the more intensive and tailor-made

will the yoga session be.

Yoga for pregnant

These sessions are mostly concentrated on Yoga performance while sitting on the floor. We work mainly with neck, shoulders, back.

The sessions take about 60 min included a short relaxing meditation after the Yoga session.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that is also known as yoga sleep. As we practice this technique, we allow the body to fall asleep while allowing the mind to be conscious and retaining full focus. Yoga Nidra helps us find a deep relaxation that can help solve physical and mental tension.

A session is normally 30 minutes and if you are advanced it can be hold up to 45 min..

In Yoga Nidra, Nyasa is used to create a rotation of the mind. By doing so, the focus and consciousness move around in the body in a certain order to create a circle of energy through the brain. This allows our mind to rest, and to enter a totally relaxed state. Various visualization techniques can be used to enter yoga practice.
